5 reasons to get sandy

Have you ever felt relieved after being at the beach after a stressful work day? Or full of energy on your day off morning beach walk before the sun shines?
Sometimes I stop and get aware of the fact that the very best memories I have have happened at this magic place.
So, what if the beach could make us healthier, other than happier?

Here five reasons why everyone should get sandy as much as possible.

1. A barefoot walk on the beach is a perfect work out to tonify our legs and bums. All the effort you make will give you that Miss Reef body you're dreaming of.

2. With your toes in the sand you'll give a natural pedicure + massage to your feet. (and everyone needs one after winter, right? ;) )

3. The warm sand will relax your sore muscles after a heavy surf session.

4. While you roll in the sand trying to emulate a Destiny's Child video, remember you're pampering yourself with a all-body massage and natural peeling. Your skin will soften and get rid of all those dead skin cells.

5. A little promenade on the sand will be that break your mind needs on your everyday routine. After it, you'll feel happier, more relaxed and ready to face your daily activities!
